Membership The anniversary date for membership fees comes at the end of September. The cost of membership is:
*The preferred method of renewing membership is by mailing completed forms to the address, (the PO box, not the civic address) on the form with an encosed cheque or money order made payable to MVRRC, don't send cash by mail. Click here for Membership forms *We are no longer able to accept applications at Hnatiuk's, all applications must be mailed with remittance to the P.O. box indicated on the top of the form. Also, all applications, including renewalls, must be filled out in full. This is due to a number of renewals returned to us because the member's address has changed. Renewals need not complete the "history" section. Please note, the forms have been updated and you can now fill them in on your computer and print them off, (This data cannot be saved on your computer).
Federal regulations require that after 3 visitis as a guest, a person is required to become a club member, sorry, its the law. * All guests must be signed in by an active member and names must be legible as this list goes to both the CFO, and to the the NFA for insurance coverage. The insurance fee is $5 per guest per visit, and should be deposited in the "honesty box". In order to keep costs down the members volunteer their time and/or equipment for the maintenance of the facilities. At a recent quarterly meeting a quorum of members voted in favour of assessing an additional fee of $20.00 be levied on members who don't participace in work parties. The details of this resolution will be published at a later date. It is participation that we need though. Elected Officers

* New members are required to take an orientation course conducted by any current elected officer or director and may be required to attend 3 club shoots before they are allowed to use the facilities unsupervised. This is to familiarize you with the facilities, safety considerations, and rules specific to our club as they do differ slightly from other organizations. The cost of this is included in the initiation fee.
